     Ham on the fire

Ingredients
1 8-10 lb Cook's ham shank (remove plastic piece over bone on bottom)
1 C honey
1/4 - 1/2 C A1 steak sauce
1T dijon
 

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium or oven to 350. Place trimmed ham in Reynolds foil bag and pour sauce over ham. Fold bag closed tightly. Place bag with ham in it into another aluminum pan for ease of removal and to catch any leaks in foil bag. Bake or grill for 3- hours. Ham should be bubbling inside bag. Open carefully at folds in bag and if ham has pulled away from bone it's ready. If it hasn't pulled away from bone close bag back up and continue cooking.
