     Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1c all-purpose flour
3/4c sugar
6T baking cocoa - divided
2t baking powder
1/4t salt
1/2c milk
2T vegetable oil
1t vanilla extract
1c packed brown sugar
 
1 3/4c hot water
whipped cream or ice cream

Instructions
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2T cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth
Spread in an ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa. Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over all; do not stir
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with either ice cream or whipped topping.
