     Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1-8 oz. container cream cheese
1/2 oleo or margarine
2 T. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans (divided)
3/4 t. garlic powder
1 carrot (shredded)
1 t. paprika
 
Instructions
Cream cream cheese and butter. Add mayonnaise and mix. Add garlic powder, paprika and shredded carrot. Add 1/4 c. pecans and mix. orm into ball, wrap
Form into ball, wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate until firm. Take out of wrap and roll in the remainder of pecans.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Chicken in the Basket and/or Tiscuits crackers
