     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6-8 slices of white bread, cubed
1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. ground sausage (I use med RB Rice)
1-1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. mustard
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Oil 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish and cover bottom with the cubed bread.
Fry the sausage, drain and sprinkle it over the bread. Add the shredded cheeses and mushrooms.
Combine the seasonings and milk with the slightly beaten eggs. Pour over bread and cheese mixture and refrigerate overnite.
