     Green Chili Chicken Enchalada Casserole

Ingredients
One onion, chopped
1 stick of margarine or butter
2 cans chopped green chiles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 4 cans Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup
2 cans (use empty soup cans) milk
One whole chicken
2 pkgs. of frozen corn tortilles
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Saute onion in stick of butter. Add soups and milk; mix well. Add one whole chicken, torn into pieces.
Break up 2 pkgs. of frozen corn tortilles. Mix all together . Place in 9 x 13 baking dish and top with cheddar cheese. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
