1 green pepper (sliced into thick slivers or rings)
1 onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. prepared mustard
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel and slice carrots into salted water. Cook until fork tender, but not soft. Drain and cool.
Make marinade of remaining ingredients; except green pepper and onion. Make layers of carrots, green pepper and onions. Pour marinade over carrots, peppers and onions. Store until ready to use. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
