Bring one cup water to a boil, add one cup instant rice. Cook 2 (frozen foods) boxes of broccoli, chopped. Saute' one chopped onion and celery in 1/2 cup butter. Drain broccoli and add one can cream of mushroom soup and one small jar cheese whiz. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min.
