     Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
Olive Oil
1/2 lb Ground Turkey
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cup Onion, diced
5 cloves Garlic
1 palmful dried Parsley AND 1 T dried Basil
8-8 oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 Beef Boullion cube
1 Egg
 
1 cup Red Wine
1 cup Water
1-2 T Brown Sugar

Instructions
Use large sauce pan and almost cover bottom with olive oil. Mix 1/2 lb ground Turkey with bread crumbs. Add egg, salt and pepper, mix well. Brown above mixture in olive oil. Add onions and garlic, followed by a palmful of Parseley and T of Basil. Add wine, tomato sauce, water and boullion cube. Bring to boil then reduce heat.
Simmer for 3 hours. Add brown sugar 20 minutes before done. Salt and Pepper again to taste.
