     Erica's Artichokes

Ingredients
artichokes
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
parmigiano reggiano cheese
extra virgin olive oil
 

Instructions
Cut about 1/4 off top of artichoke and cut off stem. Peel stem and chop small. Trim off outside leaves. Run under warm water while spreading leaves open.
In bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, oil and chopped stem pieces.
Carefully separate and stuff each leaf. Drizzle with oil and steam till tender.
