     Turkey Sausage Patties

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 t. rubbed sage
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. fennel seed
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. pepper
 

Instructions
In a lg. bowl combine all the ingredients. Shape into eight 2-1/2-in. patties. Cover paties and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
In a lg. skillet coated with cooking spray, cook patties over med. heat for 4-6 min. on each side or until no longer pink.
Serving Suggestions
1 patty equals 86 cal., 5 g. fat (1 g. saturated fat) 45 mg. cholesterol, 201 mg. sodium, trace carb. Diabetic Exc--1 lean meat
