     Ham Potato Puffs

Ingredients
1 tube (12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
1 c. (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divide
1/2 t. dried parsley flakes
1/4 t. garlic powder
 

Instructions
Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. In a lg. bowl, combine the ham, potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, parsley and garlic powder.
Spoon 1/4 c. into each prepared cup. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
Serving Suggestions
1 potato puff equals 165 cal., 5g. fat (3 g. saturated fat), 20 mg. cholesterol, 592 mg. sodium, 21 carbs.
