     Turkey Pot Pie

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
4 cups homemade turkey gravy
2 cups bite size trukey (dark and white)
1 potato cut in small bitesize pieces (cooked and cooled)
1 small (8oz) can mixed green peas and carrots drained
2 pilsbury pie crusts (found in Refridgerator Isle - there are two in one package)
Mix all ingredents in large bowl except pie crusts

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl except pie crusts (This can be done a day ahead)
Unroll one pie crust and place in your pie pan. I use a glass 8x8 square pan. Scoop your turkey mixture into first crust. Unroll second crust and place on top of turkey mix Cut around the sides with knife to take off extra crust Using your Dachshund cookie cutter use the extra dough to make decoration for the top of the pie With knife slash some holes in the crust for steam to escape
Bake 374/400 for 45 to an hour until crust is brown Let rest for 30 minutes or so...
