     Fruity Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups of water
1 frozen banana
1 apple
1 handful of frozen berries
1 handful of something green like spinach
2 tbsp of ground flax seed
1/2 tsp of chia seed
 

Instructions
Blend banana and water until smooth. Add in diced apple and blend. Throw in berries and green and continue blending. Finish by adding the flax and chia. Blend finally. Serve and enjoy.
