     Sausage Stew

Ingredients
6-8 sweet italian sausages
1 T. margarine
1 c. sliced onions
6 c. water
1 T. beef bouillon or 3 cubes
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
 
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 small zucchini cubed
2 oz. linguini broken into 2'' pieces
2 T grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Fully cook sausage, pierce skin, drain; when cool cut into 1/2'' rounds. Set aside.
Saute onion in butter. Add water, baillon, tomatoes, and spices. Bring to full boil then add sausage, zucchini, linguini, and parmesan. Cover and cook simmering.
