Corn Souffle

Ingredients
-
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
-
4 eggs
-
I cup milk
-
1 stick butter
-
2 cans cream corn
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix everything together in a bowl except butter.
Grease 9x13 pan with butter & melt the remaining butter.
Pour batter into pan & drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
You can get more than 8 servings depending on your portion sizes.
