Ingredients
2 large tomatoes coarsely chopped
1/2 sweet onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons parsley
Italian bread cut into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake bread for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
