Preheat oven to 400F. Mix stuffing and hot water in a bowl, set aside.

Remove mushroom stems and chop stems.
|
|
|
Melt butter in a skillet, add mushroom stems, and garlic. Add to stuffing with spinach and cheeses.
|
|
|
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
