     Asian Slaw

Ingredients
4 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded napa cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
 

Instructions
Combine cabbages and carrot in a bowl. Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, oil and sesame seeds, then toss with vegetables. Marinate 15 minutes before serving.
