CRUST-
|
|
2-2/3 cups crushed Pretzels
|
|
3 T Sugar
|
|
1 cup Butter, melted
|
|
CREAM FILLING-
|
|
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
|
|
1 cup Sugar
|
|
8 oz Cool Whip
|
|
|
|
JELLO FILLING-
|
|
2 pkgs (4oz) Rasberry Jello
|
|
2 cups boiling Water
|
|
2 pkgs frozen Raspberries
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
Instructions |
|
|
Mix crust ingredients, place in 9x13 pan. Blend middle mix, spread
over crust. Mix jello mixture and spread over cream mixture. Chill.
|
|
|
NOTE- If using frozen raspberries, taste filling before spreading
over cream mixture. Additional sugar might be needed.
