     Crispy chicken

Ingredients
6 cups of cornflakes
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
8-10 pieces of chicken (split breasts, drumstick, or thighs)
1 cup of melted butter
2 eggs beaten
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 ferenhight
Place cornflakes in large zipper lock bag and seal crush cornflakes with rolling pin. Set aside.
Roll chicken pieces in melted butter then egg. Coat chicken With pieces of cornflake. Place in a nonstick baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal Temperature of 170 degrees and no longer pink inside .
