     Pineapple Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2C Sugar
1 1/2 C Wesson Oil
3 Eggs
2C Grated Carrots
1C Crushed Pineapple
2 1/2C Four
1tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
 
1/2 C Nuts

Instructions
Stir together first 3 ingredients, add the rest of the ingredients.
Grease and flour loaf or cake pan
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
Reduce heat to 300 and bake until done, approx. 55 minutes
