     GALLETAS DE MERMELADA CON HUECO

Ingredients
½ Libra de mantequilla (250 gramos)
¾ taza de azúcar en polvo
1 cucharita de royal
1 cucharita esencia de vainilla
3 tazas de harina
1 huevo
 
Instructions
Revolver todos los ingredientes, extender la masa y cortar los círculos, uno con hueco y otra no.
Horno 350 grados por 8 minutos luego se junta una con hueco y la otra y se les unta mermelada en la mitad.
