Preheat oven @375 degrees
Coat 13x19x2 pan with cooking spray.

|
|
Cook bacon until crispy, remove from heat and crumble
|
|
|
|
Beat eggs and milk, season with salt & pepper
|
|
|
|
Spread frozen potatoes in prepared pan. Add bacon - 1/2 of the cheese and mix. Pour egg/milk mixture on top. Bake for 45 mins, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for another 15 mins.
