Ingredients
1-1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 large Onion, chopped
3 stalks Celery, chopped
1 each Red, Green and Yellow Pepper, chopped
or use 1 pkg of frozen 3 colored Pepper Strips, chopped
16 oz can peeled and diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Cumin
2-3 T Chili Powder
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
 
1 T Brown Sugar
1-16oz can Tomato Soup, undiluted
1-16oz can Kidney Beans
1-16oz can Pinto Beans
1-16oz can Chili Beans (Sante Fe style is best)

Instructions
Brown meat, drain. Add next 4 ingredients plus soup. Follow with dry ingredients plus Vinegar. Follow with 3 cans of UNDRAINED beans. Stir. Simmer uncovered.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Frito Corn Chips and shredded Cheddar Cheese
