     Beef and veggie casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can diced tomato
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 can corn (drained)
16 oz frozen diced hashbrowns-thawed
1/4 cup flour
1 chopped grn bell pepper
4 tbsa. melted butter
 
2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
Combine beef, onion, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl combine potatoes, flour, melted butter, green pepper and corn. Pat the beef mix into bottom of 13 X 9 pan. top with potato mix. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 min. sprinkle with cheese and bake 15-20 min longer.
