Ingredients
16c rolled oats
3/4c flax meal
1 1/2c wheat germ
2c water
4 bananas
1t maple flavoring
2t vanilla
2t almond extract
1T molasses
 
1c date pieces
2t salt
1c almonds, slivered, opt.

Instructions
Combine first three ingredients in large bowl. Whiz in blender the remaining ingredients. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Don't mash. Spread out onto three large cookie sheets. Bake for 3 hours at 200 degrees. Turn off oven and let sit until dry (overnight).
