1/2 c shredded cheese, (cheddar or mexican blend, your choice)
chopped fresh parsley
Place oven racks in the uppermost posistion. Set oven to broil. Place scoops on 2 cookie sheets. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, jalapenos and seasoning mix.
Place 1 teaspoon chili into each scoop. Top with about 1/2 a teaspoon of cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Once they come out of the oven, top with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with parsley.
