|
Place pie crust in deep dish pie dish and bake at 425 for 6 minutes. Brown the Jimmy Dean sausage, drain excess fat and set aside.

Beat eggs and Half & Half together, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Place 1 cup of swiis and 1 cup of American in pie dish.

|
Place browned JD sausage on top of that. Place 1 c. swiss and 1 c. American cheese on top of sausage.

|
|
Pour egg mixture over top and Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then turn down to 350 for another 30-45 min. At 30 minutes check to see if it is done, you can tell be browned top and firmness!
