In medium bowl, stir together pancake mix, water, butter, and the egg until dough forms. Set aside.

Drain the soup and set liquid aside for the time being.
|
|
|
Using about 1/4 cup of dough cover the sides and bottom of 6 lg muffin molds. Fill each muffin with 1T of noodles and a teaspoon of liquid. Using a small amount of dough make a lid and seal the edges well. Brush tops with butter. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

In a sauce pan melt 3T of butter. Add 3T of flour and stir to combine. Add remaining liquid and bring to a boil. Boil till thick and then reduce to a simmer until muffins are ready.
