Put 8 slices of bread in pan. Top with cheese
slices. Repeat layers once. Beat 8 eggs and 3 1/4 c
milk. Add dry mustard, spike, and pepper. Pour over
layers. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Melt 1 stick butter, mix with 3 cups corn flakes.
Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350.
Options add ham, bacon, or veggies on top of first
cheese layer.
