Baked Salmon with curry and tomato taste

Baked Salmon with curry and tomato taste

Ingredients
-
Salmon for 6 people ( 6 ~7 pieces of salmon)
-
chopped ginger 1 table spoonful
-
chopped garlic 3 pieces
-
Soy sauce, 2 table spoonful
-
white wine 3 table spoonful
-
curry powder 3 table spoonful
-
olive oil 5 table spoonful
-
tomato 2 pieces ( or mini tomato 15 pieces)
 

Instructions
Chop ginger and garlic. Cut tomato into small dices.
Heat olive oil with high heat, and put salmon in it from its skin until it gets light burnt color.
Turn salmon and put ginger and garlic. Turn to medium heat. Season with curry powder. Put tomato dices and add soy sauce and white wine. Put lid on the pan.
It's done when tomato becomes juicy sauce.
