Mix rice, 1 c each of the cheeses and sour cream in a bowl. Press half the rice mixture in the bottom of a greased 7x11 baking pan. Cut green chilies open and place over rice mixture. Press remaining rice on top of chilies. Place roasted red peppers on top of rice. Bake in a 350 oven, uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Cool 15 minutes on a wire rack, cut into squares.
