     Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 lb Bacon (Don't use maple)
1 lb Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage-Hot
2 pkgs Simply Potato Refrigerated Hashbrown (frozen do not work)
18 large eggs
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese block
12 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
 
1 tsp salt

Instructions
-Slice the bacon into small pieces and cook until well-done. Add the thawed sausage and cook thoroughly. Drain the entire mixture really well. -Spray Pam on the sides and bottom of a 3 quart glass baking dish. Mash the hashbrowns on the bottom and sides to form crust. -Mix 18 eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 1 cup of milk
-Layer thin velveeta slices on bottom of crust (leave open spots so the egg mixture will seep into the hashbrowns) -Layer 1/2 of the meat mixture on top of the cheese and then add another layer of cheese. Layer the remaining meext mixture. -Pour the egg mixture over the meat and cheese.
-Cover the casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
-Bake for 1 hr and 20 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with the grated cheddar cheese
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salsa!
