     Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb sage flavored sausage
2 T finely chopped onion
6 T flour
1 qt milk (4 cups)
1/2 t poultry seasoning
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t salt
Dash of Worcestershire
Dash of Tobasco
 
ANGEL BISCUTS (recipe under breads)
or your favorite ones

Instructions
Crumble sausage into a large saucepan, cook over medium - low heat. Add onion, cook and stir until transparent. Drain, discard all but 2 T of drippings. Stir in flour, cook for about 6 minutes or until mixture is golden. Stir in milk. Add seasonings, cook, stirring until thickened.
