Cover and place in oven. For 1-2 bulb capacity bakers, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until garlic is tender and husks are brown.
For a 4 bulb baker, start off covered for one hour, remove cover and cook an addditional 20 minutes or until the garlic is tender and husks are golden brown. Baste occasionally with olive oil.
