     Brown Butter Gnocci

Ingredients
1 - 16 oz package vacuum packed gnocci
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp pine nuts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 10 oz package fresh spinach, torn
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Cook gnocci according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Heat butter in non-stick skillet over medium. Add pine nuts and cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add gnocci and spinach, cook for 1 minute - stirring constantly.
stir in salt and pepper, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serving Suggestions
serve with accompanying salad
