Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. If dry add a little warm water, DO NOT KNEAD.
Put in a greased bowl and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down and make rolls or roll out dough and make crescent rolls. Let rise. Brush with melted butter. BAKE AT 350 FOR 12-15 minutes or until golden.
