     Texas Chicken Picante

Ingredients
1 1/2 C. salsa
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 C. hot, cooked rice
 

Instructions
Cook chicken in large skillet until browned. meanwhile, mix salsa, brown sugar, mustard and tomato sauce together until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken and allow to bubble and heat through. put into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Chicken can continue to cook in skillet until no longer pink, thus skipping oven time.
