Salad- use 1 cup of each fruit, diced or sliced, for each head of lettuce. Use any fresh fruit you may have on hand. Coat with poppy seed dressing.
Dressing- Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, and onion juice. Add oil in stream while using wire whisk to control thickness. An electric mixer may be used. Stir poppy seeds.
