Peel the cucumber and scoop out seeds.
Pour the yoghurt into a glass bowl and coursly grate the cucumber over it. Add diced cucumber.
Pour in the lemon juice.
Fold thoroughly.

Make a paste of your ginger and garlic and fold into the cucumber-yoghurt mixture.
Add chopped onions.
Add chopped chilis.
Mix.

Heat the Cumin and Black Mustard seeds in a dry saucepan until they smoke. Put in a pestle with peppercorns and salt and grind. Add to your Raita.
Add Chili Powder.

Cover and set in the refridgerator for at least one hour.
