1/4 cup Honey
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
3 tablespoons Melted butter
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Beat together egg, buttermilk, and honey. Add dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Spread in 8 inch square pan (greased). Bake at 425 D F for 20 minutes.
