Roll out one thawed bread dough. Place Ragu pizza sauce, then sausage, ham slices, turkey slices, mozarella cheese and grated cheese. Cover with the other bread dough by pinching sides together. For browning purposes spread a beaten egg over the top and sprinkle with garlic and parmesan cheese.
