12-15 Corn Tortillas
|
|
2 lbs chicken breast, cooked & chopped
|
|
1 onion, chopped
|
|
2 cans Ortega Chilis
|
|
2 lbs grated cheese
|
|
1 pint sour cream
|
|
1 can 14.5 oz chicken broth
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp garlic powder
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix together sour cream, chicken broth, salt, and garlic powder.
Saute onions until soft.
|
|
|
Make three layers in a 9x13 inch pan in this order- tortillas,
chicken, onion, chilis, cheese, and creamy mixture.
|
|
|
Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered 1 hour at 300 degrees.
