     Leg of Lamb

Ingredients
1 Large Leg of Lamb
1 Bottle Ranch dressing
1 Cups Fresh Parsley - chopped
1 C Fresh Parmesan - grated
1 C Fresh Romano - grated
Salt and pepper to taste
5 - 6 Tbls. Garlic Powder
 

Instructions
Wash and debone a large leg of lamb. Cover completely with Garlic Powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover completely in Ranch Dressing. Cover with Parsley. Cover completely with Romano. Cover completely with Parmesian. Let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
While marinating heat Bar-BQ to high. Lie a piece of heavy tinfoil down and place opened leg of lamb on top. Close lid. Cook until done (approx 1 hour)
