     Philly Cheese Steaks

Ingredients
Grinder Rolls
Steakums or similar thinly sliced steaks
Swiss Cheese - slices
Cheddar Cheese - slices
Mozzeralla Cheese - slices
Onions - sliced into thin rings
Green Peppers- sliced into thin rings
Jalepeno - finely chopped
Bacon - hard fried and crumbled
 
Mushrooms - thin sliced

Instructions
Scoop out bread from rolls to make a trough on either side. Toast rolls. Grill steaks until done and drain very well. Grill onions, mushrooms, and green peppers until light gold.
Lay out rolls and layer from one end to the other- steak, Swiss, Steak, Mozzeralla, Steak, Cheddar. Depending on the size you want, you can add another layer.
Add onion,mushroom, pepper mixture down the center of the roll. Add slice of swiss, mozzeralla, and cheddar. Broil for a few minutes until cheese melts and just begins to brown.
Crumble bacon and mix with chopped jalepenos. Sprinkle mixture down the center of the bun. Enjoy!
