Sponge cake-
250 g butter
500 g sugar
4 eggs
450 g flour
4 teas. bakingpowder
4 teas. vanilla sugar
150 ml plain yogurt or low fat sour cream
250 ml milk
1/2 liter cream (38 %)
raspberry yam
120 g chocolate
kiwi for decoration

beat sugar and eggs until fluffy, mix in the butter. When creamy add the rest. I add a bit of orange or lemon zest aswell. Pour into 2 baking pan (if for birthday cake use round baking pan.) Bake at 175 C for about 50 min. The round pan takes quite a while longer.
When the cake is completely cool (I make it the day before) cut into tree layers. On the bottom and middle layer, spread some orange juice with a teaspoon.
Whip the cream, and split into to equal portions. Add raspberry yam to one portion. As much as you like. melt the chocolate and add to the other portion of whipped cream. Cut bananas into thin slices.
On the bottom layer spread 1/2 of the chocolate cream, then spread the banana slices, and on top the rest of the chocolate cream. Put the middle layer carefully on top. Spread all the Raspberry cream and carefully put the top layer on. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and decorate with kiwi slices. Store cool, and can with great results be made a few hours to a day before eating, that will allow all the flavors to spread.
