     Chocolate Macaroon Cake

Ingredients
2 c flour
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c water
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c sour cream
 
4 eggs (reserve 1 egg white)
1 c coconut
1 Tbl flour
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Mix all but last three ingredients. Pour into bundt pan. Beat egg white stiff, add sugar, beat stiff. Stir in coconut, flour, and vanilla by hand. Pour in the top of the mix in the pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes. The coconut mixture will drop into the middle of the cake as it bakes.
