     Lemon Chive Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb new potatoes
1/2 tsp lemon peel
1 Tbl lemon juice
2 tsp chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
dash nutmeg
2 Tbl melted butter (can substitute)
 
Instructions
Boil potatoes in water until tender and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked potatoes to serve.
