Saute onion, pepper, garlic until onions are golden brown.
Add browned sausage.
Place mixture in center of dough.
Cover with Pepperoni and Shredded Mozeralla.
Close dough up by bringing edges up to the center and pinching.
Brush egg white over dough
Sprinkle with Parmesian.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
Let cool a bit and slice.
