1-1/4 lb salmon fillets, skinless, cut into 12 equal chunks
2 tsp dill, minced
Place salmon chunks in a shallow glass dish. Combine next 5 ingredients and salt to taste in a measuring cup and pour over fish. Marinate 45-60 minutes in refrigerator.
Remove fish from marinade, discarding marinade. Wrap chunks of fish in lettuce. Place wrapped fish seam side down in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam about 10 minutes. Serve wrapped with melted butter poured over.
